Minimums will vary based on the promo items you are looking for.
Logoed apparel and custom, higher-end gifts usually range from 10-20 piece minimums.
Cheaper branded swag and trade show giveaways, like custom pens or personalized mugs, will change based on the item and detail of the decoration. Contact us for more information.

Short answer: YES

Genumark deals with hundreds of suppliers around the world and we are constantly looking out for new partners and amazing ways to make personalized products. So whether you want engraved business pens or promotional giveaways (like logoed lanyards), we can do it for you!

That being said, at Genumark, we take brand governance seriously. We will not create custom promo items with logos that you do not own any form of rights or lease to, such as sports teams.

Blank items can be expected within 1-3 business days.
Custom promo items take a bit longer and average between 7-15 business days.
RUSH Orders: If your event is coming up faster than the typical turnaround time, we can work to accommodate your urgent needs. When you contact us, make sure you advise them of your urgency.

We ship with all the major parcel couriers working within Canada such as UPS, Purolator, and Fedex.
We also have partnerships with various local couriers across Canada.

In order to decorate the branded items you are looking for, we need high-quality artwork. Vectored artwork is your logo in an .eps or .ai file format. By providing this to us, we can use the artwork to create the files and setups needed for various decoration methods, like embroidered hats or imprinted custom coffee mugs.

While there is an ever growing list of ways to decorate custom items, the most popular are:

• SCREEN PRINTING: this process involves putting your logo into a specialized screen with ink and is pressed with heat to print your logo on to the item. The last shirt you received from a give-away or in a beer box would be a good example of a printed shirt.
  
• EMBROIDERY: this process involves using high-tech sewing machines to embroider your logo on to garment with thread.
  
• ENGRAVING: by using laser technology, your logo can be cut into the item to give it an elegant and sharp design. A great “first job” or retirement gift for someone would be an engraved pen with their name on it.
  
• DEBOSS: a process where a heated press stamps a logo into a promotional item, giving it a clean, professional look. You can see this in personalized business portfolios, where you can run your finger over the indented logo.

At Genumark, your satisfaction is important to us. We wouldn’t have been in business this long if we didn’t care. If the promotional product or custom item you ordered does not look or feel as it should, contact your Account Manager, so that they can help correct the issue with you.
