Careers @ Genumark
We are an award-winning and rapidly growing company that builds clients’ brands through innovative branded merchandise programs. Founded in 1980 and headquartered in Toronto, we now operate seamlessly across North America.
Large enough to work with some of North America’s most high-profile brands, we’re also small enough to appreciate the individual contributions that make our success possible. Our team is enthusiastic and creative, and together we’re a dynamic, growing company focused on culture and success.
We have been named a top 40 distributor by both ASI and PPAI, recognized as one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies for the past seven years, and awarded National Distributor of the Year by PPPC more times than we can count. Ok. We counted. 16 times.
In 2023 we achieved B-Corp Certification and became proud members of the B-Corp community, doing our part to create a positive impact for society and the environment. Caring about the communities we live in and the ones we don’t are at the core of who we are.
Genumark is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer supporting diversity in all of our business practices.
We are proud to provide employment accommodation during the recruitment process. Should you require any accommodation, please indicate this on your application and we will work with you to meet your accessibility needs.

(NORTH AMERICA)
Genumark is looking for experienced Account Managers to join our growing team based in Canada and the US.
Who You Are
Your professional toolbox contains creativity, compassion, curiosity, and courage. You love to tell stories and create meaningful merchandise that matters. You value the relationships you build with your clients and wowing them is a huge deal.
You commit. You do what you say you’ll do. Presented with a challenge, you’ve got a “Yes!” attitude and are focused on finding a solution. You are organised, resourceful, and excel under pressure. Personable and open minded, you’re comfortable with learning new systems and technology.
If you can think it, we can probably make it so creativity should be woven into everything you do. We count a wide variety of industries in our client list so being a curious person who shows adaptability in different situations is key. Every day is different.
About The Role
Our teams manage major national accounts whose brands are part of our everyday lives and shape our culture.
While managing your existing accounts you will actively bring in new clients, working with industry leading manufacturers to develop and source products that tell compelling brand stories.

Being in sales, we know that building a pay package that meets your individual needs is key. That’s why we offer you a great salary with added commission. We even have commission-only plans for experienced industry Account Managers if that’s how you like to do it!
